Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in good condition
Not show significant signs of use
Be returned with original packaging if possible

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
a replacement, or
a refund
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
